Print-on-Demand Products
Because every item is manufactured specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for unwanted items. We only accept returns for defective or damaged products.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage from shipping, we will make it right — contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. See our Refund Policy for details on how to submit a claim.
Size Exchanges
We cannot process size exchanges because each item is printed to order. Please use the sizing charts on product pages before purchasing. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
